He & his partner, Alex Fedorov, grew Fresh Tilled Soil from two guys coding a few websites in a basement to its curent status as a profitable & growing business-- employing 20+ professionals and working with global clients like Walgreens, Citrix, TimeWarner, GenArts, etc. What's more, Richard accomplished all of this without any external funding.
